Rivals.com has an extensive list out of many of the players who sat out in 07/08 because of their decisions to transfer. Looking through this list I found some guys who I almost forgot about, guys like 6’11 Shaq-like Kareem Cooper (played for Memphis in 06/07), Chris Lutz (played for Purdue in 06/07) […]

Jerel McNeal and Antonio Anderson, both defensive minded senior-to-be guards, recently decided to return to their respective universities.
McNeal says he’s pulling out of NBA Draft
Both players were not expected to be drafted, especially McNeal, a feisty off guard who led the team in scoring (14.9) but doesn’t have a prototypical NBA type frame for a […]

And the list keeps growing and growing and growing…
Three more underclassmen declared late Wednesday: Memphis juniors Antonio Anderson, Robert Dozier and Texas junior guard A.J. Abrams.

As I predicted a couple of days ago, the number of underclassmen declaring for the NBA draft is steadily rising.

As Kansas and Memphis square off for the National Championship, what better way to watch the game than to do a running commentary…
Before I start, I promised my pick, and that is Memphis. Even though Kansas looked incredible against North Carolina, I like how Memphis is rolling right now.
Of course, I’m forced to listen to […]

It is 9:40pm here at the house, and I just finished watching Kansas take apart North Carolina.
I was shocked and stunned to see Carolina come out that poorly in the first half. 40-12??? Are you kidding me? That doesn’t happen to UNC.
But it did, and it cost them a shot at the title.
Even if […]
