I love college basketball. I love the atmosphere of the college arenas, the fanaticism of the college fans, and the intensity of the college kids.
That’s why I jumped at the chance to work for b5Media and blog about college hoops. I was already watching a ton of games, so why not share what I was […]

NEWSFLASH!!! There is actually a good underclassman college basketball player that is NOT going to turn pro early.
Given all of the recent early entries into the draft, this is BIG news.

Anderson and Dozier were role players on Memphis’ team this year, and their early entries come as a big surprise to me. Neither player signed with an agent, so I […]

Two more notable underclassmen declared for the NBA draft on Wednesday: Texas sophomore guard D.J. Augustin and Kansas guard Mario Chalmers.
Many NBA draft experts peg Augustin as a lottery pick, so his early entry should not have surprised anybody. Augustin was a consensus first team All-American this season and averaged 19.2 points and 5.8 assists […]

As I predicted a couple of days ago, the number of underclassmen declaring for the NBA draft is steadily rising.
The latest two to declare: Memphis junior guard Chris Douglas-Roberts and UCLA forward Luc Richard Mbah a Moute.
CDR led Memphis in scoring at 18.1 points per game and made a name for himself during the Tigers […]
